If you want to be a footballer then go and find the best footballers. If you want to be an actor, then go to the place where the best actors are. When I decided I wanted to be a coach I found the best coach in the world, Tony Robbins. I spent hours listening to him online and spent money to invest in his training programs. I attended his events and made my way to the front row. I looked him in the eyes and felt his powerful energy. Then I volunteered to work on his team where I got to see behind the scenes and how he runs his shows. I really played full out! I put in the time and made the effort, sometimes working 20-hour days. I swept his stage, lifted his rubbish and served his fans.
I watched every move he made, sat in his chair and really felt what it would be like to look out into a sea of people with a passion to help them. Eventually I got to the place where he sent me a private voice mail to connect with me and to thank me. He also gave me and 3 friends free tickets to front row seats at Unleash the Power Within. When he met me there, we got our picture taken together and then he invited me to Date with Destiny. He pulled me up in front of 15,000 people and said some really beautiful things about me. Now I have my own coaching business and my investment of time, money and energy has truly paid off. You never know when things are going to hit there tipping point, all I knew was that I had the unshakable faith that they would. I never imagined serving others would feel this amazing and this rewarding. I learnt from the best of best to become my best.
